Sometimes when starting my car several dash lights go on and off as the engine revs up and down several times. If the car is put in drive before the car starts revving up and down then the car will automatically accelerate a little. The battery has been replaced by the dealer in an attempt to fix the issue but didn't help. Tests for the alternator (done by the dealer) show it running fine, at least after the car starts. See this video of the car starting for specifics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vOvChtWw4X0

Any ideas?

Did the dealership do an idle re-learn? Kinda looks like that's all you need but I'm no mechanic. There's plenty of vids on youtube on how you do it.

I should have followed up on this because I found a solution. I did initially try a throttle relearn but it did not work. I ended up putting about 50 oz of seafoam in the gas tank. Then I put a bottle of spray seafoam through the throttle body using a hot bake procedure. After that I did a throttle relearn and I haven't had the problem since.
