Hey!
I had this problem. I had been hearing a lot of knocking from my front passanger side wheel for about a week before I had the time to bring it in. Took it to a small shop where they showed me the cracked coil hanging there and told me about the recall. The only problem was that this was the day after Nissan had said they would be issuing the recall. Had to fight with the Nissan Canada and the dealership a little to get them to do the work. They also suggested I replace the strut bearings, charged me 95 CAD to do both.
Dealership didn't realign the car though which I was always told you need to do if there is any work done to the suspension, especially in the front.
