Hi guys, im new to the site. Just got rid of my VW passat and bought a 2008 nissan maxima SE. Anyways i was wondering about the heated steering wheel option. I dont have it and im wondering if i bought the wheel and the button would i be able to make it work or is it more involved like changing out ECU etc etc. Has anyone done this? Thanks! -Sal

I'll take a look through the FSM to see if I can find out for sure. I suspect that, like other features such as heated mirrors, the wiring for the heated wheel is missing on cars that didn't come with it.

The heated wheel is easily one of my favorite features of our '04 Maxima, and the ONLY feature I've ever felt myself missing in my Q.

Yeah not sure either but for the record, I live in So Cal and even though the weather's not like the east coast I use it a lot and love it!!
