2006 Xterra Cat Converter "bank 2" question

Afternoon,

I am new to the board and am looking for an answer to hopefully save me quite a bit of money on a new Catalytic Converter. Recently had my Xterra in the dealership, and they told me I needed to replace the "Bank 2" Catalytic Converter. They quoted me at $1350, which I think is a bit ridiculous. I looked into a few places online where I can buy a "direct fit" converter for roughly $200-$300.

My questions:
1) Is "Bank 2" the front drivers side converter? I have a 2006 Nissan Xterra SE 2WD

2) Any suggestions on where to find this part, Direct Fit, reasonably priced?
