I will be buying a used M35x soon and would like some advice. I have read that the 2006 version pass. seat is only 6 adjustments and the 2007 and newer are 10 way adjustable. Does this make a significant difference? Are the 2007 more comfy? Knowing this may help me save a little money if I can go with a 2006 low-mileage instead of a 2007. Also, some say the headlights are worse on the 2006. Your thoughts? Thanks!

The passenger seat thing is a big deal if you or anyone else will be spending signifigant time riding over there. The 2006 pasenger seat base does not tilt - it just adjusts straight up and town. The 2007 adds the more traditional front/rear tilt that most power seats have had since...oh the 60's. How this detail got overlooked on a car so jam packed with technology is beyond me.
Yeah, it bugs me enough that I will probably try and find a junkyard passenger seat someday and swap out the motor assembly.
