Good job on painting. Im a Versa owner but one of my brothers just bought a 1st gen Altima to play with and Im looking for ideas to help him. Did you paint the S and E on the trunk emblem?

Yeah they originally were chrome. I sanded down with 3 different sand papers. From most coarse to the finest. Then I primered with a black primer. Then painted with a black trim paint. I also did the back nissan emblem but have yet to put it on.

Looks good. Did the same thing last fall but with a real dark gray since my car is black.

You should look up plasti-dip for decals and things like that. You just spray it on, and rub it off of the surface that you don't want to paint. It's an awsome product, but good job on your project!
