I have a 2006 Quest.106000 miles, and had door remote problem. The remote stopped working so had to use the key to lock and unlock. No problem there except after unlocking the door and pressing the door lock actuater on the drivers door, the passenger door wouldn't unlock, however all the other doors unlocked.

Came home and changed the battery but the remote still wouldn't work, put the orginal battery back. Went out for a couple of hours, locked the car, came back 2 hours later and, now,the key wouldn't turn, couldn't unlock the vehicle. Tried several times, wiggling etc. no turn. Pressed the unlock button on the remote and it worked. Any ideas on what could be causing this. Could the sensor in the car be going bad?

Anyone else have this problem??
