2006 Pathfinder Towing Capablilities

I was curious if anyone with a 2006 Pathfinder has towed a 21ft or similar boat with any problems (pulling, braking, sway?). I just bought a new 21' Moomba LSV , single axle trailer that weights about 4500-4700lb max (boat, trailer, gas, gear, everything). I have checked this site and the web in general and little info, most people just recommend larger truck.

I am a Nissan guy (04' G35, 04' Murano, 97' Altima), and I was naturally siding towards the Pathfinder because of its power (6000lb towing), style and size, but should I be concerned I might be pushing it? I know the Armada is plenty, but it is much bigger than I need and it won't fit in my garage. I will be towing the boat about 40 miles (mostly level, some small hills) 5-6 times a month. I am wanting the Pathy over the Armada b/c I will also be using it as a regular vehicle from time to time and don't want the extra size of the Armada all the time (mpg not too different)

I am looking at a 2006 Pathfinder LE with 45K and factory towing package. Anyone with similar setup with any advice. The factory numbers say OK but I want to know real world answer. Will the chasis be overloaded, or braking (trailer has surge disc brakes). Is the factory tow package good or should it be upgraded?

I'd appreciate any personal knowledge or recommendations. I know a Titan or Armada will pull with no problems, but I am asking if the Pathy can do it?
