2006 pathfinder s losing heater / ac blower speeds

our 2006 pathfinder lost the 1 blower setting and then the 2 setting so now we only have speed 3 and 4 remaining. any ideas?

It's not the same exact setup as the earlier model Pathfinders, but I'm sure this is your issue...
