Having an issue with our 2006 Pathfinder that I have been battling for a long time. After about 10 minutes of driving, the temperature gauge will rise until it almost reaches hot, but never does. Just reads like it is running hotter than normal. Once it does this, the AC cuts off. Here is what we have tried and nothing has seemed to help.

-Thermostat has been replaced and is good
-Coolant Temperature Sensor has been replaced
-Hoses have been checked and bad ones replaced
-Radiator Fan replaced
-Both the radiator cap and the expansion cap replaced with OEM parts
-Radiator was drained, filled, bled and pressure tested.

We are confident there is no air in the system. There is no leak because it has not loss coolant in the last four months (there was a leak around the rear heater coil but we bypassed that system.) I replaced the Coolant Temperature Sensor last night hoping it was just sending bad readings but it made no change. Just hoping someone might be able to point me in a new direction.
