You have a bad cam sensor on the back bank. The ECM is perfectly capable of running the engine using just the crank sensor, which it does after throwing the code. When you erase the code it tries to use the faulty cam sensor again and the engine quits. The slip and VDC lamps are derivative, they're because the ECM stops sending engine speed to the ABS and TCM when the engine is limping.
