2006 Navigation Package

Is the screen touch screen in 06 also? Is the back up camera also standard?

Also which disk through Zenrin is the 09 version?

Just dirty fingerprints on an '06 if you touch the screen. Zenrin 7.4 (10/08) the latest. Backup camera?

The backup camera has never been "standard" equipment on any base model M. It has always required the Journey, Tech or Nav package depending on what year you're talking about.

So the 06- 07-08 navs are all different? When did they start with the touch screen lcds? What are the differences between the years NAV wise.

The touch screen was introduced for the 2008 model year.

I have no idea if that would work. There may be additional components and/or programming that goes into integrating the touch screen for the navigation system.

The software is different. It has to support input via a touch screen instead of point and click.
