2006 maxima front end noise help help

2005 maxima has been shop 5 times for same noise struts replaced twice no help dealership cant fix wont make noise if warm outsid but a soon as cold sounds bad sounds lie somthing is going to fall off canot fell it but hear it wor se when turing left or bumps desprate for help
