2006 M45 Sport - what's standard? - confused newbie

Hey all - hopefully someone can help me or point me to a resource. I'm a Canadian looking to buy an M45 from the US. I'm confused by the standard specifications of the M45 Sport - perhaps there is a difference between US and Canada? Regardless - can someone please confirm if the 2006 Sport comes standard with Bose 14 speaker surround, NAV, Intelligent cruise, Land Departure Warning? I see a car on Ebay that says it's a Sport yet the pictures indicate it does NOT have Bose surround speakers in the seat tops, does NOT have Dest/Map/Route NAV buttons beside the dash controller, etc. Thanks for any education, links, whatever!

Thought of something .... was it possible to buy a 'basic' M45 and add a 'sport package' perhaps - something that included 19" wheels and possibly other cosmetic items? Thanks!
