Just purchased a 2006 M45 sport. Clean car and seems to be pretty solid. I had the car on a hoist today and there is a brace running between the frame rails behind the rear differential that is rusted in half? The rest of the undercarriage is clean and the car is rust free.
What is the brace called and where can I get one?

New to M's, but seems like a fun sled so far!

If it is indeed what I'm thinking, then buying a used one might be the best course. I don't know how much it would be IF you can find a new one.
