Ok so I just purchased a used 2006 M45 and it seems fully loaded.I read about the different packages and there seems to be so many I really don't know what I have? How do you know if I have a sport model?

Can someone tell me which optional packages you think I might have based on these things I see in the car?

Rear CameraFront Camera (the lane drift warning thing)HID lightsSpeakers on the SeatsFlip Down DVD Screen in the back with Wireless HeadphonesWood TrimAC in the seatsNavigation19" Wheels

a bunch of other things too but I think the rest are standard features, not sure. If someone can help me figure out which packages I have it would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Possibly you've got it all except the rear heated seats that are adjustable, which would make it the "Premium Package" the truly fully loaded- you've got all the other packages whatever their names were. Nice machine, huh!?

Your right I don't have the rear adjutable seats. But how do I know if I have the Sports package with the rear wheels that turn and everything? I know the 19" wheels is available just as is so not necessarily the Sports package right? It has the sport body kit, aluminum pedals, and trunk spoiler too, not sure if thats standard equipment.

Cool, but how did you know? What features are there that are "visable" that are only on the Sport Package?

I sent you an email..did you get it??

I was guessing a sport because the 19" wheels come on the sport. Now the dealer or previous owner could have put them on later. But the only visual signs you will see in sport is the wheels & rear spoiler. The rest is all suspension.

Other than the 19" wheels that come standard on the sport model you can check the stitches on the steering wheel. The sport package have stitches that are different in color from the rest of the steering wheel...in the non-sport model the stitches are the same color as the wheel. The seats have more agressive bolsters and they have kind of a "stripe" that borders the seating surfaces that is aprox. 1/8 of an inch. Also, the headligths for the non-sport model are completely chromed in color inside the clear outside plastic lens, and the sport model have part of the trim inside of it blacked-out. These are the only things with which you can distinguish the sport model from the non-sport and they are usually overlooked by most people.

Hope you enjoy your new ride!

Cool, thanks guys. I looked at my car, I have the different color stiching, and the blacked out headlight housing so looks like I have a sport! Yeah!Love the car even more now!
