After I did that, I drove the car very hard back home. Since I knew I had topped off the oil the day prior, i knew there would be no issue. Once I got home the ticking disappeared. I would like to think that the redlining and hard acceleration made the clicking sound disappear.
Check your oil level at least every two weeks, or every time you get gasoline. While you wait for gas tank to fill up, you should be able to check the dip stick. I keep a qt of oil in my trunk I suggest you do the same.
I got impatient also took my car out on the freeway and some local driving today. i kept driving and driving until i heard the sound get louder and louder but all of a sudden complete silence the noise is gone

i will definitely check my oil more often and also keep a qt of oil in the trunk thanks dude for the feedback
