Often (not always), what is diagnosed to be rotor "warping" turns out to be unbalanced tires.
So, if you have the original tires, it may be time to replace them. Or, get them rebalanced at a competent tire store. With a Hunter force-balance machine if the place you go to has access to one!
If that does not cure the problem, then you can try resurface the rotors at least once, maybe even twice, before you have to replace them (as long as the minimum width of the rotor thickness is not an issue!)
Rotors should last at least two, perhaps three, sets of pads. Since the pads tend to need replacement at around the 20k to 30k miles mark, the rotors should last to about 50k to 75k miles too - but both these miles expectations do depend on the percent of highway miles (reduced braking) in included in that mileage.
By the way, I use "should" above to mean as an expectation, not as a certainty. I am sure that there are exceptions, where the rotors need replacing sooner or might last a bit longer. But, imho, a need to replace rotors at 30k is way earlier than necessary.
This is not a warranty item, but at 30k miles, you may be able to convince the dealer that it needs to be treated as one. Or certainly, the labor to resurface and fix might be treated as a warranty item. Have them call Infiniti Corp and ask for it. Or you can try calling them yourself.
