2006 M35x windshield washer fluid

Hey, is the fluid supposed to come out in a solid stream or a spray like most cars??

Mine just comes out like a water gun instead of like a spray bottle....

Closer to water gun. Spray tends to be more done in American cars and at higher speeds, spray does not get to the windshield very well (except when wiper mounted).

On my 2003 M45, each of the two nozzles have three separately adjustable jets, so there are six water splash points on the windshield - I have set them carefully, and they will impact the same points more or less even at highway speeds. The wiper is what takes it the rest of the way.

Note that my comments about the six jets is specific to the 2003 M45 that I have ... I do not know what it is on your model year per se (in terms of number of jets), but since it is an Infiniti, I am sure that it is more like a water gun and not like a spray.

Okay, I went and looked in the Owner's Manual for the 2006 M. Three jets per nozzle ... looks like they should be independently adjustable with a small pin (careful not to enlarge the hole!).
