I found this link and the description say it is pre-wired... does that mean the antenna?

How much work do I have to do, just plugging in something in-dash?

I have the DVD Nav system already, I want to add Sirius to use my subscription.

I have done an upgrade like this; I used http://www.everythinginfiniti.com to order a infiniti part/kit; its a nbus connector in the trunk, power cable, unit snaps into place made for it, hard part is running wire for the antenna; instructions included... took about 1 hour once the nbus cable in trunk was found; I have not ordered the kit you point to (nor would I for the cost and proper factor parts and instructions etc);

also, since this topic has been discussed before, there is a few threads round that go into details etc; I would suggest that if you want better details; search for those;
