2006 M35X purchase advice

I'm about to pull the trigger on the purchase of the above car and have a question. I had the dealer pull the service records and found this car has no record of service during it's previous ownership (1 owner-off lease). So there are no record of oil changes, 30k mile services, etc. They have only a few recalls for cruise and Fan controls, along with a radio replacement and throttle issue-all under warranty. The vehicle has 45k miles and a check of the oil is clean.

What advice do other owners have for me? my sole concern is the lack of oil change records may bring problems (ie: Sludge), down the road-when the 6/60 warranty is expired.

If you're buying the vehicle from an Infiniti dealer there's no problem. Just have the dealership validate the balance of the manufacturer's warranty. Then you're only responsible for the maintenance from the mileage/date you own the vehicle.
