Hi , i have 2006 m35x 120.000 milles . Recently i took it to a dealer to take care of TPMC
i also had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation at my local ATB , for some reason dealer reset all the notifications on my car screen and after hat "i think " car started acting up . It will not speed up like it used to with ease and revs , instead it pools the gear without shifting up unless U step on it all the way , the car feels like it drives in the water dragging its a** along. I feel like just a week ago my car was flying throe the gears and RPM's with ease and fun , now i get a little pissed off driving it cuz you have to make it goooooooooooo . Help Help Help.

It sounds like it's more engine/sensor related than transmission related. It's possible that you could've gotten a bad tank of gas, but most anything else that would cause this kind of issue would typically kick on your check engine light. I'd be on the lookout for that, but that's about all the advice I can offer at the moment.

I'm going to move this over to the M forum though so someone there might be able to shed a little more light on this. Good luck!
