2006 M35x front suspension groan

Purchased car new in November 2005. Has 12,500 miles,great car, fully serviced and garaged.

Over the last two months we have noticed an increasing groan when turning at 5 mph about 75% of turning radius. Emanantes from the front wheel area both sides and sounds like a suspension component. Most noticeable within first few minutes of operation. Groan sounds like a wheel against undercarriage (non-metallic) and has been increasing slightly with age. Groan disappears following car moving from turning mode to straight ahead.

We will be taking it to the dealer soon for analysis but wanted to inquire from this forum of any known similar issues from others. Thanks.

I have had the exact same noise, for 1.5 years now, an never had any problems; seems to mostly do it off a cold start - I cant say if its a problem or not, but let us know what your repair center says - I htink they will tell you its not an issue

I have the exact same problem on my 06 M35x with 22k miles. Noticesd the problem at about 12k mi and it has gotten more pronounced in the last 2k miles. Only occurs on right turns at very slow speeds, when cold. I am debating whether to have it looked at before my 30K service. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
