2006 M35x Cruising Speed Issues - Need Advice

Lately my 2006 M35x has been having issues with maintaining a constant cruising speed. I am experiencing slight hesitations while at speed usually in the range of 2500-3000 rpms despite keeping constant pressure to the accelerator. If I engage the cruise control I do not notice this issue. I would appreciate any suggestions on what might be going on. Thanks very much!

I would perform an Ecu reset and idle relearn. Have a look at the sticky treads at the top for the how to FAQ.
