2006 M35x 60K Service/price questions

Due for an 60K service (actually at 64K now).Normally get Schedule2 service as car does 70% highway miles.

Got an oil change recently and Infiniti dealer recommended1) Trans fluid exchange $269- I read here that there are various levels of service that can be done for this.2) Drive belt replacement $190- I briefly looked at the main drive belt and it looked fine3) DF/RE difff & transfer case service $205

I am not clear on what is really needed as the dealer is famous for pushing stuff. e.g. engine flush which I never accepted and they finally stopped suggesting.

I did read that the 60K is about right for drive belt replacement.

Q1. Should all 3 be needed now?

Q2. Are these prices fair or higher than expected.- in the past I have negiotated a 20% discount on services

Q3. Should I risk trying a Nissan Dealership, assuming its significantly cheaper.

Q4. Would a Nissan Dealership have the right equipment to do a "full" service for tranmission fluid and fr/rr diff & transfer case service.

Q5. Should I consider a "good" private service place.i.e. is any special equipment needed that only a dealership would have?
