Great news from are good pals at HKS. They are working on a rotrex supercharger kit for the Nissan Fuga a.k.a the Infiniti M35. I found this info on page 100 in the March issue of Import Tuner.

You can read more about how the rotrex supercharger works in the past issue of Hot Rod Magazine.

It is huge in Europe, mostly on BMW's.

Do you think I could put a supercharger and/or a Fujita air intake on a leased car?

has to be factory installed or the lease and warrenty will be voided... basically visit the local dealerships and see if any of them know what they are doing. Good luck as there arent too many techs at the dealerships that do such work *or know how to*.

And some of the lease places require you to restore your car to the original factory spec when you return it. Which means that you gotta spend money putting the old stuff back (if you kept it in the first place!)

Would it be too crazy to ask if the supercharger would work on the M45 also?

335HP is plenty for me right now but it's worth asking.

Any word on the HP bump for the M35?

Its the same 3.5L on the G coupe and the kits out there are easily hitting 400HP in some case to the wheels.

Actually, aftermarket parts won't void a warranty unless it is the cause of a malfunction. Fed law prohibits auto makers voiding warranties just because an aftermarket part is installed.

True aftermarket parts can't void your warranty. But the dealer can refuse to have it covered by the warranty.

Since when can a dealer not fix a warranty problem due to aftermarket parts, unless the part caused the problem? If you are saying they won't cover the aftermarket part as part of the warranty, I would agree.
