Purchased new rear stays(connects rear subframe to the body) for a 2006 M35. The two bolts that connect the stay to the unibody frame rail loosened a bit then started spinning. Need to find a way to access the nuts inside the unibody frame rail. Hoping someone has some idea on this. Thanks

This is a classic nightmare scenario. Since the captive nut (weld nut) has broken its factory tack welds inside the frame rail, it is now spinning freely with the bolt, making standard removal impossible.

There is no "secret" factory access hole. The only reliable fix is to create an access port (or "door") in the frame rail, hold the nut in place while you unscrew the bolt, re-weld the nut, and weld the door shut.
