While driving this weekend on the freeway in my 06 M35 cruising along about 80 mph I floor it and it went to shift and almost died. The tack was at 4K my trans was not moving the car the car went from 85 to 55 before I pulled to the side enigine still running turned it off. It started right up with a severe miss knew not to get back on the freeway called a dealer to let him know I was having it towed. After a 5 minute sit the car started right up and drove normally and has been since that moment but it does have me a little paranoid anyone have any quirky things to happen to theirs you would like to share or can anyone pinppoint the possible problem trans, fuel filter or computer shut down etc. Would this incident still be in the codes?2006 M35 40K miles all maintainence up to date

I don't have any idea as to what you experienced. Please let us know what you find out ...

But, one thing I strongly recommend is to get a transmission flush done (with Fluid J). This should be done every 30k miles to give it longevity - beyond the warranty period!

Understand and it was done at 33K........So you are like me thinking it has something to do with the Trans...........
