Finished installing the Fujita intake onto my '06 M35 about 3 weeks ago but Infiniti is claiming that it is causing the service engine light to come on. Does anyone else have this problem? I love the intake and prefer to leave it on but not at the expensive of the service engine light flickering on and off. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.

you tell them that an intake does not void warranty and that maybe they would rather talk to your attorney. i installed the same intake plus a throttle body spacer and all is fine. i recommend you disconnect the battery for about 5 min. to reset the comp and see if it comes back on. i will be installing a skunk2 plenum spacer as soon as available from some sites that sell it cheap. good luck and remember with some mods your m35 will smoke an m45.

I give what mods would cause the M35 to smoke the M45 short of a supercharger?
