2006 M35 "chirps"

When very cold, wife's M35 "chirps" In reverse. Doesn't chirp much (2-4 times) and quits when taken our of reverse and/or temperature warms up. The chirp sound electronic instead of a mechanical squeak. We live in a rural area and it is 100+ miles to nearest Infinity dealer. Anyone out there know what this is? Thanks, Van
