Anyone ever changed a ballast from the headlights ? I really Don't want to pull out the bumper and the whole headlight. Anyone did it thru the fender ?

Yes it is easier to do it through the inner fender well. Here is a video made by an actual Infiniti technician for changing the bulb and the ballast should be nearby. If you're going to lift the car and be under there, it may be a good idea to upgrade your bulbs too.

I suppose its best to do your own research for a replacement and pick the brand you like best, but I would recommend Morimoto for BOTH bulbs and ballasts. I'm told Matsushita makes the OEM ballasts for Infiniti vehicles, but haven't verified that.

Thanks Larry
I did upgrade my bulbs 3 years ago but now my passenger ballast is failing on my according to infiniti technicians. Infiniti wanted $700 for the ballastitself plus the labor its kind of too much. I found a used one on ebay for $61 i think its a pretty good deal even if it works for a year. Infiniti said they usually never go bad so I roll the dice. Planning on changing for a never one this year so don't want to put extra money I to it.
I changed them both headlights and fog lights to 8000 k matching color exactly I post a picture tomorrow.
Once again thanks for the help.
