The accordion hose that is connected to the air intake box and the throttle body on my M35 has ripped in half and i am looking for replacements. I looked online but nothing is coming up. Any suggestions where i can find this item? I want to avoid the dealer if possible but cannot find the right fit on ebay or amazon.

I managed to find one on Ebay for around $90 when I replaced mine. No issues with fitment. As I recall, the dealer wanted $275 but it included part of the throttle body as well. They didn't or would out sell just the rubber accordion part. Unless yours is totally ripped through or is throwing a code, I would try some duct tape around it until you can source once. I found the follwing below on Ebay but it includes the rear resonator tube as well.

You bet. Funny - I remember ordering that part for my 2006. That car got totaled before I installed it but I held onto the part for whatever reason. When I got the 2007 I noticed a small tear in the hose about 6 months after I bought it so I got to use the part after all!
