Your problem is because you do not know how to spell Infiniti

The quick easy things to check are
-Is the idle speed correct? It should be 650rpm or so at idle. if it is significantly higher then you should do the idle/throttle position relearn procedure
- Are the engine mounts bad/leaking fluid/cracked
- I personally would change the transmission fluid, and only with Nissan Matic. I have felt the difference in smoothness first-hand vs Castrol transmax which claims compatability with Nissan Matic.

There are other transmission related things that would require connecting it to Consult to diagnose.

I am in no means an expert but those are the first things I would check.
