Does anybody know of a solution on how to reset the Memory Setting and Automatic Entry/Exit Function. I have done everything in the owners manual, with no luck.

umm I have a QX4 and maybe able to help. Are you talking about the seat function where when you turn off the car your seat goes backwards for easy exit and moves forwards for easy entry when the car is on? To reset that your seat motor may be jammed, since it should work at all times if the switch is on. To fix the motor tap it (should be small, rectangular metal box under the seat) with a hammer.

If your talking about the memory seats
Hold SET, wait 3 seconds, put your seat in the desired position and push 1, 2, or 3.
