2006 Infiniti M45 sport drivers side rear wheels clicking

has anyone heard like a clicking/ rattle noise at the drivers side rear wheel while going over bumpy roads. it seems like its the load sensor for the suspension located there. i realized when i have people sitting in the back seats and going over bumpy roads the noise would go away. when i look underneath the car it appears to have a lot of play in it. just wondering if anyone has had the same issue and if this is covered under warranty.

I had this - check your parking brake cable for excess play....

there was actually a tsb about the parking cables being loose and would casue a rattle noise but thats not the problem im having
