Any advice on Brakes & Rotors that will primarily be a decent value (price wise) and also increase performance from the OEM parts.

My car:

Thanks in advance!

This is actually posted in the wrong forum, so I'm sure the mods will move it, but many of us have used the Brakemotive kit on Ebay. Pretty decent set of rotors and pads for not much coin.

I'm on my 3rd BrakeMotive set on two different Ms. I swear by them. You get 4 new rotors, 4 pads and ALL hardware for less than a reg brake job on one axle and all 4 wheels will have equal pads and rotors. They grip like cement and don't squeal.

ON SALE !!!! I have never seen them at this great a price. I'm getting an extra set right now for next time I need brakes.

How long can you keep them for in the garage?

Indefinitely. Metal rotors and brake pads will last forever in the packaging protected from elements (they are stored in warehouses for years)

Just ordered at this incredible price. My previous set was ordered 4 years ago. Very happy. rotors still don't rust and are not warped. Wish I could just buy these pads separately. Its a shame to throw out like new rotors.

no complaints and am happy. Maybe a little better but its hard to tell unless you can A/B with another car. No pad dust. My future son-in-law took my advice and we installed them on his SUV as well. He's very happy as well. A friend of mine at work has an M37X and installed them per my recommendation and is also happy.
In summary, can't beat the value, no rust, same/better braking, no dust; life is good!!! I did my research 4 years back and found that the majority of people on this site go with them.
Good luck.

Bit confusing , which brakes did you order? There are 2 links before yours.

What's the normal price? They're currently $141.50. Is that the sale price?

I just purchased these and installed them on my 2006 M35 Sport. Only had them on a week so far, but they seem like a solid buy.

I'm I being overly concerned with possible rotor cracking on drilled rotors? I wish brakemotiv had a slotted only deal but if i'm just being a cautious charlie then I might take all you guys advice.
