2006 g35 coupe entry/exit not working

I just purchased a 2006 g35 coupe with auto trans.It has all options sans nav.I have brought it to infinity and they couldn't get it to work.Then they said it doesn't come with the coupe car.They worked on getting the entry/exit to work for over an hour. I can't believe that this feature is not on this car,it says it has it in the manual. I just want to know if it is on this car or not and how to get it to work if it is.I looked in the search and couldn't find anything.

I believe the manual for the coupe and sedan are almost the same, if not exactly the same. This feature is available on the Sedan, but I don't ever recall it being available on the coupe. And I used to sell Infiniti's....

Did you try the "initialization" on page 3-34 of the owner's manual? I'm sure they tried, but I really don't know. I almost think that maybe it didn't come on the coupe since the cancel switch is omitted, but I don't know for sure.
