2006 g35 brake light warning stays on

I have an 06 35 sedan. The brake light indicator has come on after I have changed the pads. I have changed the pads before with no issue and the fluid is full. No other warning lights are coming on with it when driving. I have no codes on my code reader and have discod the battery as well. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Have you followed the troubleshooting steps in the FSM?

The parking break switch got moved i put it back in place and all is good
