I assume these are CD's you burned. First, make certain you are burning ALL tracks in .cda format and not .mp3 or .wma format. If I remember correctly, BOSE head units can't handle mixed formats on one disc.
Are you finalizing the session when burning the CD? Make sure the "multi-session" option is turned off.
Try burning the CD at a slower speed. Just because your burner can burn at 48X doesn't mean you should. I've had issues before with bad burns that were fixed by reducing the burn speed.
Not all discs are not created equal. While bulk CD packs are a better deal, you still should buy a reputable brand.
