2006 FX35 Change Odometer from Miles to Kilometers & Corrosion on Rim

I just purchased a 2006 Infiniti FX35 with 21k kilometers on it. It was originally a US vehicle, and as I am in Canada, I would like to change the odometer from displaying in miles to kilometers--can this be done by changing a setting? Secondly, does anyone know if the 20" aluminum rims are covered under warranty--the rear driver's side rim has rust/corrosion on it, which seems odd for only 21,000 kilometers. All of the other rims are fine.

hito change Km in odometer is impossible, but you can choose kM on LCD screen,

Hey there, are you still looking to convert that speedometer to kph? Odometer and Speedometer gauge?
