While this is not probably your problem, I have had many vibration issues. The heat shields stopped most. The other was in the front end somewhere like driving on a rough road when on smooth. I replaced wheel bearings and CV because it was time anyway, checked engine mounts, transmission, and u-joints.

But the 3500 rpm one is still there. I suspect it is the crank pulley which has rust on it and might be out of balance because of that.

I also have the rough road issue going fairly slow. So i was looking at bushings. They were all good except the Differential Hanger bushings. They are really weakly designed and light duty compared to the truck.

I have 92k miles, and the center of the bushings was sitting way off center due to this. Part is $72 and not super bad to change except for tricky access. It made quite a difference. I fixed mine for a little more time because the dealer is slow. But even with the fix the whole front end is way better. I have a 2002 which i beleve is called the w-50 or something 50 model.

If your getting road noise and a slight Front end wander, not rear, check these out. Pitiful little bushings.

I talked to Energy Suspension who is the best Poly bushing maker. They are going to release a whole list of bushings for this model pathy in the late summer. These are real bushings and I am impressed.

Just thought I would let others know.

On your 2006 Healy, check tires first, pressure and alignment and wear. how many miles do you have? Your model may be newer but if you have grease fittings grease them. Check fluids. Replace filters, etc.

Also when does the noise happen? What is it like? More details needed.
