Not nearly as nice as the new VQ35's in my opinion.IWannaS15 wrote:Current gen Eclipse: one of the best factory exhaust notes Ive heard.
Hmm, for some reason the Evo 8 slipped my mind. It's hot in terms of performance, but it doesn't stand out to me (edit:because i'm a die-hard Scooby fan when it comes to WRC ), and i heard the fit & finish is poor. I like the old Evo's, the 6 and 5 being my fav's.Mr1der wrote:Mitusbishi has a really cool SUV they use for off road racing...I can't remember the name of it but I think it's a version of the Montero....not sure if they still make anything like it though...
I gotta agree about the first gen Eclipse and the Starion though. Those were cool...
haha, oh yeah, can't forger about the Evo...even though I don't really like the way the VIII looks...
going on the taped pics of it, it kinda looks like a new Tiburon...
Not sure about the fit and finish, as I've only seen an Evo from the outside (wouldn't let me test drive at the dealership...wonder why?)skydragoness5 wrote:Hmm, for some reason the Evo 8 slipped my mind. I don't care what they say about the Evo's performance, Subies have been a car i lusted after since highschool. Anyhow, I recall in the recent Top Gear mag there was an article about the Evo 8 MR edition that makes 345hp and they questioned how long it would last (reliability-wise) since some of the normal Evo8's they tested had some issues.BadMojo wrote:

Still, they go like hell and have unbelievable handling. Every comparison I've ever read has given the edge to the Evo over the STI as far as performance goes.
Still, I like the looks of the Subie better (and I'm a Subie WRC fan too). Go Petter!!!
Im not really a fan of all the "futuristic" cars now a days (with the exception of the g35 and 350z). I agree with whoever said that Ive never been too fascinated with mitsu, and this isnt about to change me mind. Either they're doing a helluva job hiding it, or it's ***-ugly.w1ngzer0 wrote:old news. They are giving it a "futuristic" design. The car has more glass then fiberglass lol
what don't you like crankwalk? lolskydragoness5 wrote:

All in all, i like the Evo but the pre-7 evolutions were the hottest to me.
And the Eclipse is still whack.
