2006 cabin ac filter change

Can anyone give the procedure to change the cabin ac filter on the new M series.I have a M45 Sport and would like to be able to change this filter.It appears like the glove box door must come out,but I can't figure out how??This is very expensive dealer maintainance.I have had 9 Lexus's and it was easy to do on those.Anyway any help is really appreciated.Ed

Have you checked the FSM? It is usually pretty explicit.

The reinforcing bar and glove box must come out on earlier cars. Less than 30 minutes.
