2006 Base, Interlagos Fire... 64k Miles, good price?

Nada is calling it 12,995.00, he is asking 12,000.00, Im thinking I can get it for 11.5.

Car is a 6spd, 64k miles, completely stock, super clean, clean title and carfax, a little wear around the shift knob and steering wheel but nothing serious. I think its a good deal for an 06'.

Before anyone mentions it, I am fully aware that the base doesnt come with limited slip or cruise control... and yes that sucks, however its not a deal breaker for me. Thanks in advance for your input!

Im still trying to figure that out, the guy thats selling it helps his wife run an auto business and they get the majority of the cars off lease. Ill have it thoroughly inspected for body work, compression tested etc. However there are a ton of Z's on craigslist with wheels that dont match the model.
