2006 Altima leaking oil from a seal in the motor

I just purchased a 2006 Brand New Altima in March 2006. Last week (August 3, 2006) I took the vehicle back to the dealer after noticing an oil leak. To my surprise the technician said that I had an oil leak from a seal in the motor. I really upset because I believe that having a leak from a seal in the motor equals more problems in the future. LEMON. Has anyone else heard of any similar problems?

Also I have been having problems with the breaks squealing. The technician told me that the high metallic breaks and the heat was the culprit, but the breaks squeal in the mornings when the weather is not so hot. Any comments or suggestions?

take it back to the dealer theres a recall on them i believe
