It looks like Infiniti might have a fix for the Bluetooth problem; they have issued a new TSB (ITB07-036) that addresses the problems of:When making a call using a Bluetooth phone, the person being called says:• Your voice sounds garbled• Your words are clipped at the beginning of the word• They cannot understand what you are sayingThis TSB installs a new microphone (in a new location) and replaces the control assembly.The new microphone is installed rearward of the driver's sunvisor (between the sunvisor and the sunroof).

I have this on my car and it does fix the road noise. The echo still happens from time to time though which is still anoying.
