Notes:We knew you couldn't get enough, so here's a second helping of the 2006 Southern Fried season! Don't be the one who is late to the table for this second installment of ATL's favorite practice days.

With a slightly new format for the remainder of 2006, we hope to bring some new twists to what are already excellent events for you to come out and really learn how to do what it is you all love to do.

We hope to see all of our faithful and dedicated volunteers out there as usual! Additionally, don't forget about our recently added advanced tandem run group. You know who you are... those guys that have been itching to get out there with Myself, Toni Shorts, MartyMartyMarty, Sammy, and the others. Bring your cage, bring your fire suit, and leave your ego at home!
