2005 Sentra timing chain?

Sounds like it is going to start but wont. I think it is the timing chain but not sure. Just out of warranty by 5 thousand miles. I would like to do this myself. I do have some skills on cars and do not like paying out the aZZ for a repair. Any one have any info? Thanks

Call the dealer, ask them to check the VIN. I bet you're a fuel-pump recall victim (it's a free fix, even out of warranty).

its probably not your timing chain. the timing chains in all sentra's 00' and up are guaranteed for the life of the motor. but its always good to periodic checks if ur pushin 60,000+ miles. thats what the dealership told me

I doubt it is the timing chain either. I have yet to see one break on any year sr20 motor.
