2005 Sentra 1.8 won't start!!!

Hello guys. I am a cube owner, but my dear old dad has a 2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8 that will not start. It has been dead for two weeks.

There is no DC going to ignition coil, crankshaft and cam.

I cannot seem the ECM relay as well.

I apologize for sounding ignorant but I am trying to solve this issue a state away.

I hope someone out there can help out, if anyone has had the same issue please let me know what you came across and how you solved the issue. Thanks!!!
