Wowww I want it :)

It will be powered [stock] most likely by the Toyota Camry 2.4l i4 w/ VVTI - around 159hp and 162 torque

There will be an optional supercharger that should kick her up to about 200, but im sure you could modify it to more than that..

Comes w/ 5 speed manual, 4 wheel abs disc and a panoramic sun/moonroof thingy..

Pretty neat.. love my 240sx but I also love a nice new car o_O

Ehh... the wheels look too small for the large body? ..that's the only distaste that I can come up with. Otherwise it looks decent. It may be because of the camera angle though..

Personally I find the styling a bit bland, but anything featuring factory/dealer installed forced induction gets a thumbs up from me!

What's the MSRP on that with the supercharger?

Standard 17" factory wheels

Not sure on the supercharger price.. the car itself w/ the standard features is "below the $20,000 mark"

The headlights in the pic below [from the Scion website] look like they were taken from the new 5 series..

I don't see any civicness.. plus its got torque! ;)As far as the blandness thats part of Toyotas marketing/design dept.. they make cars that arent racey-over the edge styling, their designs appeal to the masses; ie the camry.. nothing spectacular about the design yet it looks nice and its one of the best selling cars.. I dont know what they were thinking when they made this gen celica, someone must have been drunk..

Benz makes cars that are stylish but not bold; they look understated and thats why many people purchase them.. BMW is on the opposite end with its radical styling.. but I like them both ;)

2005 Scion tC.. biggg whoop! I saw it at the LA Auto Show last week and I didn't think it was that great. It's still a FF. The new 2005 Mustang however, was very nice. I'm not a big fan of domestics, but for some reason, the 2005 Mustang, Viper truck and Pontiac GTO really appealed to me.

My $0.02

Not bad for the price. A new car would be nice but I don't like paying the stealership. Lately newer cars have been becoming cheap. Nick

I've heard rumors that Toyota is canning the Celica, and is going to redisign it as a Scion. I personally love the tC, and my friend has ordered an Xa. They are pretty nice cars.
